Dearest Lee & Diana! It's going to be a major let down to know when we visit Utah that you two won't be there, but it will be wonderful when we visit Hawaii and hopefully run into you somewhere! Diana, I vote that we go take a dip in the ocean in silly swimsuits (modest of course). I know that Grandma would get a kick out of that! It would be something that she would definitely do if she were in her hay day. Lee told me that you would be able to swim so my hopes are up! We can't think of a better place for you both to serve. I think that the Barrus line has rights to the Hawaiian Temple. I wouldn't be surprised if you get a sense of Grandma Lois and Grandpa Foster walking through those beautiful temple rooms and halls. Our family always feels so blessed when members are serving missions. It give us great comfort to know that a couple as good and knowledgeable as you both will be able to take young missionaries like George under your wings. We are hoping that you will be able to keep us updated on the work and experiences that you have. We love you both so much and wish you the very, very best!
