Day 2 and 3 - MTC

Now we are having hands on training with teaching "investigators" actual lessons. Yesterday we taught the Restoration and Joseph Smith's First Vision and today we gave a lesson on the Plan of Salvation. Our "investigator" yesterday was golden and was very receptive to our message, but today's "investigator" had all sorts of questions and was taking us off our prepared outline so that was more of a challenge. The Church has gone away from prepared discussions and is teaching us how to teach by the spirit and adjust to the needs of the investigator. We are extremely impressed with the young returned Elders who are teaching us and we are definitely learning so much that will give us skills for any teaching situation! It's been great but we do come home very tired!!
